vgd99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vgd99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vgd99 platform at vgd99.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

vgd99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility

To open and use a vgd99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vgd99 enforces this requirement strictly and may request proof-of-age documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of, or agent for, any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of vgd99 or any affiliated company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible.

vgd99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifetime of an account and to close any account that fails to meet the above criteria. Funds in a suspended or closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures and these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

vgd99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform are conducted through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank are also supported where available.

The following financial conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on vgd99:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee on deposits made through approved mobile wallet channels.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same account. vgd99 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• vgd99 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Deposited funds that have not been used for gameplay may be subject to a review period before withdrawal if vgd99's fraud detection systems flag the transaction pattern as unusual. This measure exists to protect all players and the integrity of the platform.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

vgd99 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through a human-operated browser session.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics, including coordinated sports betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts simultaneously — including through family members, associates, or third parties acting on your behalf.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute or facilitate financial crime under any applicable law.

vgd99 monitors all activity on the platform for compliance with these Terms. Suspected prohibited conduct will be investigated promptly. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted pending the outcome. vgd99's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the vgd99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of vgd99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any vgd99 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of vgd99 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Termination and Suspension

You may close your vgd99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding investigations pending.

vgd99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably suspects that these Terms have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent or prohibited purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, vgd99 may retain account balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.
